To state the obvious; I'm new here.
My name is Addie, the user name plus.e was something in gained during school. It helped people to say my name properly. It's said how you say Add E (therefore Plus E).
My real name is Adrienne, however I hate the Rocky films and jokes, so I don't use that name. I am 20, and from Essex, near London!
I do not know when I had my first ever seizure. However, in my adult life i had my first seizure on 19th April 2008, in front of 150 people during a show rehearsal of a Variety Show I was in.
There is no history of Epilepsy in my family. I don't understand it too well, and I don't cope very well with it either. I am taking medication, and I can't drive anymore.
My Neuro consultant diagnosed it as Partial Seizures, however I have experienced full Grand Mal Seizures. (this is the only way I can differentiate between what I was diagnosed with, and what happens sometimes so I am sorry if this is the wrong term)
I hope everyone is well
Love
Addie
